The kids yoga is a program of action songs, story telling and games to improve and build physical strength and concentration of the kids, through yoga postures and breathing techniques.
The activities are designed to stimulate and develop children's sensory systems, including vestibular and proprioceptive systems. This program thus provides both cognitive and calming skills to kids.
